Our Space
Located in the fully renovated historic Landing at Chelmsford Mills our community features a wide open shareable common areas, 13 foot ceilings, a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room along with customizable creative spaces. Modern office amenities with 24/7 access to the building, free parking, and a lively and creative community make this a great space for artists, creative professionals, and innovators.
Available Now
Monthly studio memberships are available. Members share a co-working style shared art studio space and have full access to the shared common space that includes a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and space for teaching, retail, events or display. Memberships are $130 a month with no year long commitment.

Studio 202 - A large sunny studio with two large windows. All studios have full access to the shared common space that includes a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and space for teaching, retail, events or display. 1 year lease and security required, $690 all utilities included.
Studio 203 - A medium sized studio with it’s own private entrance. Currently laid out to create different areas for work and storage, it has full access to the shared common space that includes a kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and space for teaching, retail, events or display. 1 year lease and security required, $500 all utilities included.

Nova’s Art Space Studio Share has memberships available! Based on the idea of an office share, or co-office, but geared for artists and writers Nova Art Space is a big, open, flexible work area with desks, reading nooks, storage, and places to work. Perfect for people who don’t need a lot of space or who are looking for an affordable, flexible way to be part of a community of artists.
